I combine evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology with a practical, solution-focused mindset, tailoring support to your unique circumstances.

Faith can be an important part of personal growth, and I offer faith-integrated support for those who wish to include it, while respecting each individual’s beliefs and preferences.
